Hi All,
I hope you all have been doing well. We are getting used to the new schedule and everything is falling into place. I love this time of year with the season changing from warm to cool, the leaves turning colors and the holidays upon us. It is a definite happy spot for me right now.
Things have been difficult with the port not working and the healing in that area going slowly. Again the doctor did not treat me with chemo yesterday (Monday). Just wanting all my healing energies to go towards the wounded site and not dealing with all the destruction of chemo. But without the port he explained to me we need to do the next option which is a "picc" line. (I'm not sure what the abbreviation stand for). So that was put in yesterday. And that too was difficult to place. My arm looks all beat up. It hurts to bend it too much. This makes eating, brushing my teeth, dressing etc...very difficult. I feel somewhat disabled. The Picc line is able to stay in place for about 3 months. I'm praying all will go well and nothing will become infected or injured in any way. This picc line has stuff hanging out of my arm. It is really obnoxious! We also have been having problems with ants and that feels like an attack from satan! And I did an adding error in the checkbook and we are reaping the consequences of that too. So I have been feeling down in the dumps.
Sorry this update is less positive. But I know so many of you are faithful people of prayer. And I know that God alone can turn all this ugly stuff around. Thanks for praying for my family. It means more to us than any of you will ever know. We love you all.
Blessings, Peggy

Good afternoon sweet thing. Thank you so much for the update. It helps to be able to focus the prayers.
The PICC is a peripherally inserted central catheter. When it works it can really help with conserving your veins. They do cause some problems once in a while though so are not for everyone. I hope yours calms down and does its job well.
You're right, this is the best time of year. Already I find my thoughts turning to fall stuff like construction paper leaves and hand-print turkeys. The kids are already talking about halloween costumes.
We've been having a problem with ants as well. But not the regular ants. These things are so teeny-tiny you can hardly see them. Seems like they are everywhere! Dumb me didn't even consider praying about them, but you just said the magic words...attack from satan. Ours and yours are now on my list of prayer items. Such a simple solution just escapes me sometimes.
Mistakes in checkbooks happen. Don't beat yourself up about it. It will work out. Your mind is a lot of places right now. So are your strengths.
Let your mind focus on the coming season and watch the kid's homework start reflecting fall and winter. We are so fortunate to be in the best place in the world at winter time, but trying to get the kids to understand snow and ice is a challenge sometimes. Every year I promise myself I'm gonna drive them up above Ojai to see the snow and every year I just don't. Probably should rectify that this year.
You be good to yourself and know that many of your friends are praying for all the little and BIG things in your life.
Love you my friend.

Seek Him first, Seek Him for the big things and the smallest of things! You are God's precious beautiful daughter and He loves you immensly!! I pray He continues to use you for His glory! We all will suffer trials, some different from another and some just the same so we can reach out to those who suffer like we do and say "I understand and this is how He got me through it". Keep seeking His plans for your life, Keep hugging and loving all over that amazing family He has blessed you with and Keep seeking His strength and Keep on the straight and narrow. Everything will happen in His time just Keep finding joy in everything. It all comes from Him and He is ALWAYS Faithful!!!
I love you Peggy!!!

"satan, I demand in the name of Jesus Christ that you leave the home of the Wolf's, that you have no power over their lives and you have no control over their situation! I demand in the name of Jesus that you leave the presence of every member of their family and every circumstance they face at this time! satan in the name of Jesus I demand you be gone from their lives immediately!" "Amen"
Peggy, satan has no right to bring ants, he has no right to mess with your finances, whenever I feel an attack I speak out loud in the name of Jesus and demand satan be gone from me and my family. Sometimes I think we get busy and he slithers into our homes but by the name of Jesus we can demand him to be gone again.
Just wanted to share that with you, it always helps me. Love ya!

Hey Peggy - Demon's be gone! Hope those ants have been sent marching! Also, allow yourself a break in the checkbook - you are human, and those mistakes can happen. Just keep your face towards God, and all the minor details of life will take care of themselves. He is in control - you know that, and you've taught me that! Love to you all! Hi to Lexie! Love, Ann
