Well, God is faithful. Dr. Richardson, who is the gynecologist, called and asked Peg to come see him. He was the one who originally examined her for ovarian and uterine cancer back in April. We weren't sure why he wanted to see her, at first we thought it was bad. But going to the doctor's office, we were impressed to pray and declare that what happens at this appointment would be good and not bad.
Well, as we talked with him, and brought him up to speed regarding her surgery and such, he asked about the tumor on her ovary?! We said, well the CT Scan in April seemed to show something, but when they did an ultrasound, it showed nothing, also the cells taken from her uterus showed nothing. As he read the report in the file, he agreed and confirmed this; everything had been checked out.
He then asked about the CA125 blood test. Peg's was elevated prior to the surgery, it was at 66, which originally prompted all these tests and eventually the surgury (35 or less is normal). He said in cancer patients, it would be about 700. Well, he asked, "have you run the CA125 blood test since the surgery?" Well we had, but didn't know the results yet. So he had them faxed over. Five minutes later he had the results and said, "well, it's at 23, so that is really good, keep doing what you are doing, because you're doing great!"
He also commented, that she is recovering very well, that 4 days in the hospital after a procedure like that is REMARKABLE! TO GOD BE THE GLORY. Her blood test went from 66 prior to the surgery, to 23, three weeks after the surgery, which is almost a 150% drop. This is good news!
There are more tests, two more scans in fact, this week, so the war isn't over yet, just a major battle has been won.
Thanks for all the love, support and prayer...Larry

Hi Peggy and Larry,
Keep up the great work of healing and resting. Don't forget your protein levels are very important after surgery to heal. I know that the worst is behind you both. I continue to pray for your entire family.I am so proud of you and think of you often. Love, Donna Huggins
