Dear Awesome Prayer Warriors!!!
You guys are so great!! My brother-in-law Dennis is doing so good and already home, as most of you know. The Dr. I saw today helped with Dennis in some capacity (he does hearts and lungs). He told Larry and I that Dennis' recovery was miraculous. After that big of a heart attack and that long out, he said it was very rare for anyone to come back that strong and fast. Such a comfort for me, I know the same God is at work in me as He is in Dennis. Thank-you all for all of your faithful and believing prayers!!
Today Larry and I met with Dr. Bushnell. The results they received from the biopsy I had Friday were inconclusive. So basically, they still don't know what this is. They really need to know before they can take further action in removing it. I am in the process of setting up a surgical biopsy for next week. (possibly Thurs.) It will be either an out-patient thing the one day or maybe just an overnighter. I should be back on my feet quickly after the fact. From this they will be able to get a better idea of what is going on.
Things to specifically prayer for...
-for this mass to be benign (not cancerous)
-for this mass to be not connecting to any vital organ. (it doesn't appear to be but they are not sure)
-for continued sense of peace for me and my family
-for the Uterine biopsy to be clear of danger too (still have not heard)
-For this mass to be removed!!
I asked the Dr. how I would have been made aware of this had we not stumbled upon this. He said I would have eventually had difficulty with my breathing since it looks like it is already is displacing my lung. And it is already touching my heart but not causing any problems now. Further along it would have caused my hands and face to swell if this certain vein was compressed by it. So praise God we found it this way!! If anything is dangerous it would be an early stage. My body is not looking like it is being invaded. I do not have symptoms that would indicate an advanced stage of anything. So we can keep praying along the lines of this mass being benign and easy to remove!!
Most of you know that Larry set up this blog and I love reading the comments!! Thanks to all who have written. Your words really encourage me!!
Lot of love to all!!!
Peggy

We'll take the next waiting period as more time for prayer and God's healing before the next procedure.
Our God is able!
You're doing great to choose peace instead of worry during these trials. Glory be!
May you find more and more comfort in knowing that all His ways are perfect.
Praying for you with love.

Dear Peg,
Ahhhhh, the smoke is thinning out. The devil's hand has been unveiled and he has been bluffing the entire time.
Soon to add more Hallelujah shouts to the chorus being raised as we SEE the evidence of our faith in an amazing, powerful, all-knowing, all seeing Father who loves you!
This is the time...this is God's year!
Love you,
Kim
This is a cool blog. Hey Blog readers: I was just studying last night (for Sunday School) in Acts 12. Now, I don't feel I have a lot of faith but check this out...Just after James was martyred Herod threw Peter in prison and intended to kill him after the Passover ended. The night before Peter is to go on trial (and then executed) an angel comes to free him and finds him sleeping! (Wow, he's at peace even though his life is in danger). But check this out. 12:5 says "Peter was therefore kept in prison, BUT CONSTANT PRAYER was offered to God for him by the church". As a result of that prayer Peter was miraculously freed by the angel. In fact, when Peter got out he walked to Mary's house and at that late hour in the night (or early morning) there were "many gathered" praying for Peter! Here's my point. If we are constantly/earnestly praying for Peggy -as with Dennis- God's gonna do some miraculous stuff for her. Over-n-out :-)
Hey girl, Not the way I would like to get back in touch with you but of course, you are at the top of my prayer list. It seems to me that a biopsy is needed to get more information. I would love to tslk to you in detail about everything. Please know that I will be here or there for you if you need me. I would love to see the kids and introduce our families. I love you and know that you are in good hands with your church and family. Keep being strong!!!! Love, Donna Dead Duck
Hi sweet friend, it's Kat. We just got back from our vacation and I was so happy to see all the great news about you and Dennis so far! Of course, still praying... and I too, have a peace about God taking care of you! Not sure if we'll be there Wednesday because we all got bad colds on our trip... blah! But hoping to be all better by then so I can see you and give you a great big hug!!!! Love you so much! oxoxo & Stuff, Kat
