We are right now at the doctor's office...Peg has started the chemo drug and will continue for about an hour and a half. She is doing good so far.
He said all the re-tests, CT scans, blood work came back negative...which is great!
The octreotide scan did show a little elevated level which was consistent with the last test. He said the reading of these test are sometimes difficult.
All in all, at this point she is doing well...thanks the prayers...updates to come...

I am so praying about this treatment today. You are in my thoughts and in my prayers and I know that everything is going to work out fine. I pray for a restful pain free night for Peggy, and peace of mind for you, Larry, and the kids. God bless the both of you!

You're always in my prayers, Peg. I so didn't want you to have to go through chemo, but it's amazing how medicine has developed over time. I have friends who haven't gotten sick and have had relatively painless experiences on chemo...I'm hoping and praying the same for you. I love you.
