Hello,
After setting the Oct. 25th appointment, a few days later I received the package of information I needed to fill out for the set appointment. I noticed a different Dr.'s name on the paperwork. I called the office at Cedar Sinai and they first said it was a mistake. Then proceeded to verify my appointment with Dr. Heaney. She came back and said I am sorry to be the one to tell you, but by that date Dr. Heaney will no longer be working here. So I asked if he was leaving the state or the county and she said, No he is just going over to UCLA. I explained why I needed to see him in particular since he was the expert we needed to see regarding this rare tumor he specializes in. She said she would talk to the Dr. and see what he had to say in this case. That was last Thurs. So now we wait again to see what's next. Please pray we can get in to see him. We really would like to hear his opinion. Thanks ever so much for all the prayers!! Blessings to you all!!!!!
