Dear friends & loved ones...Peg is doing pretty good, having been home for over 36 hours now. She had a nice, comfortable ride home, and was able to sleep in the back of the motorhome. She had an excellent night's sleep on Sunday night and began taking ALL the meds Sunday night and Monday.
By Monday afternoon, she was having alot of nausea from the 7 different medications she was put on. Antibiotics, Pain Killers, Blood Pressure medicine, Nausea medicine, stool softener, Iron, etc. From about 5:00 pm till Monday morning, she was throwing up anything and everything.
We narrowed it down to the pain killers and she started taking about 1/2 a dosage and that was better. She is eating some foods, but still not sure what will stay down. Her mom is staying with us this whole week and maybe next to help out. The kids are spending nights at the grandparents house and other relatives and friends.
Please pray for peace in her body, that the nausea would stop, it is extremely painful for her to be throwing up, since her chest is very tender and sore. Thanks again...Larry

Hi Peggy,
Stan and I just returned home from vacation and I just got a chance to read the blog. I knew you were going in to surgery on the 8th and you were definately on our heart that day.
I am so thankful that your surgery went well and that all of the tumor was successfully removed! God is good all the time!
I will be praying for you, a quick and full recovery and for your family during this time. I am just so thankful to know that all went well, God is surely in control!
Love you guys,
Julie and the boys.

Hi loved ones, it's Kat! So glad you are home but sad to hear bout the nausea.
God please make your presence felt and your peace on Peggy's stomach! Please help them to know how to mix the medicine to calm the nausea and allow Peggy to get the rest she needs and the nutrition that is essential for healing. Bless my sweet family in this difficult time. Amen and Amen!

Peggy,
Just a word of encouragement. Al and I have been praying daily for you. By the simple fact that you are continually in our hearts and minds tells us GOD is doing a good work because of all the prayers for you, but also because the Greater One is in you in POWER and authority. I pray Holy Spirit to rise up powerfully inside you so that you will continually confess all nausea and pain, every symptom, out of your body and confess that in it's place you have peace in every area of your being, spirit, soul (mind will and emotions), and body. I believe that peace is consuming you now bringing great rest to your soul, relaxation to every organ so each part will function properly.
Ps 41:3 - The Lord will strengthen you on your bed of illness; He will sustain you on your sickbed.
Jas 5:15 - And the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise you up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.
Mr 11:24 - Therefore I say to you, whatever things YOU ask when YOU pray, BELIEVE that YOU RECEIVE them, and you WILL have them.
Isa 26:3 - You will keep her in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because she trusts in You.
Peggy, my desire is that you have a brand new revelation of how much God loves you, and that ALL your sickness, pain, dis-ease, everything that is not of Him, was placed on Jesus as He prayed in the Garden just before he went to the cross, that He bore YOUR griefs for you so now you can release all of your pain and suffering - you don't have to bear it any longer. As you do that may His healing balm soothe and relieve your whole being.
None of this is a rebuke at all, just an encouragement to keep doing what you've done from the beginning - release it and trust Him to do what He said He would do - what He always did for those who came to Him to be relieved of their distresses. You're a COVENANT child, a covenant partner, and HE KEEPS HIS COVENANT FOREVER. Signed (in His Blood), The Great Physician.
Hi Peg, Todd W. here. Just woke up thinking about you (and Lar) this morning. We've been gone so I haven't had a chance to read the blog until today. We are praying that you are able to get off ALL those medications quickly and for your continued and COMPLETE healing.
Everyone here at GL who worked with you just can't say enough kind words about you and I know lot's of people here are praying for you as well.
God Bless you, Larry and the kids!
Todd
